My vehicle has been pulling to the right, for years. No other shop has been able to diagnose the issue. One visit to Primarily Japanese, the issue was found. It was corrected once the parts came in. This was a steering sensor.

I have had Primarily Japanese service both of my cars for many years and have always felt trust in their assessment of repairs and and accuracy in their evaluations. As a woman, being able to drive back and forth from Phoenix or whenever I’m on a road trip knowing a “breakdown” is unlikely because they taken care of the essentials, gives me confidence to make the journey.

Second time I've been here, and customer service remains a top priority of theirs. I was notified by phone and by text of status updates and as soon as my vehicle was ready to pick up. The time allotted for the repairs was a bigger window than it actually took, and the final price was a little less than the estimate. I will return.

This was my first time taking my car to Primarily Japanese. I'm a widow and my former auto mechanic retired so my son recommended that I contact them. I have a 2003 Lexus and it needed an oil change as well as an inspection. These people were very thorough, honest and kind. Although they found quite a few things that needed done, I feel good about getting it all taken care of. Now I'm sure the car will last a few more years. And considering all that needed done, I felt the price was more than fair. It would have cost me double at Lexus. Thank You primarily Japanese helping me to be sure I'm safe and the car will last a lot longer.
