I’m new to the Tucson area and have historically taken my Toyota 4Runner to dealerships for service. When looking for a shop to fix a break issue and get an oil change I saw the great reviews for Primarily Japanese and opted to give them a shot. I was very impressed with their customer service from start to finish, they went above and beyond. I dropped my car off, they quickly got the car checked in and I was on my way. They sent my estimate via text and email, it was very thorough and easy to navigate. I checked the items I wanted them to fix. They fix those items. The price was exactly what they estimated and the pick up was seem less. I highly recommend this shop for auto service.
