The staff members at Primarily Japanese are highly attentive to the details, and I really trust their knowledge and expertise. Last time I was in, they pointed out an issue with my truck that could be addressed under my dealer warranty. I then brought it in to the dealer and got it fixed free of charge. I never would have known about the issue without them pointing it out and informing me that it could be covered under my warranty. They really care. I highly recommend them.
