I have been going to Primarily Japanese for a long time and have always been happy. They are a great bunch of people, don't try to sell you services you don't need, etc. Prices are more than fair, compared to new car dealers. Clean shop and friendly personnel. Have sent many friends and clients to them, they have all been happy.

I had my 2006 Forenza serviced and was as usual happy with it. I was able to wait. Some trouble areas were pointed out to me giving me time to plan for repairs. I was reassured that I did not have an ignition problem. Good Job!

6-14-12 -- PJA is the definition of professional. Initially I chose them off the internet as the nearest foreign car center to my home, but I soon realized it was no ordinary shop. I was impressed by the clean facilities, courteous personnel, free estimate, free delivery, thorough evaluation of the vehicle, fast service, affordable prices lower than estimated, AND they returned my dusty car sparkling clean. Joe Johnson has a talent for providing luxurious service without a luxurious price tag. May the Force be with Primarily Japanese Autocenter and all the staff including Joe, John and Cruz.

My car broke down on a Sunday evening and I had to have a tow truck drop it off at the shop when they were closed. In the morning I called first thing and an hour later they were able to tell me how long it would take to fix and what the cost would be. They had the parts in stock and were able to repair my car by the afternoon. I have gone here a couple of times for different issues with my car and each time have received excellent service. Additionally they were able to drop me off/pick me up when repairs were needed in the past. Definitely a place I will continue to go and would recommend highly to my friends!

The guys at Primarily Japanese provide a quality service at a fair and honest price. But that is too small of a comment on the real value they provide. They are caring people who really think about each customer as an individual person and do their best to truly help the person out within the context of their work. They are amazing people. Our community in Tucson is made better by them. Joe and all the folks that work for him are committed to being honest for the sake of being honest good people. If that is something you value, you might really love to work with them. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing car repair service in Tucson. You can know that you are being treated fairly and being dealt with honestly.

My entire family (mom, dad, aunt, brothers, me and now my new husband) has been taking their cars to Joe for decades. The service is always first rate and, best of all, totally trustworthy. I have never had to worry about being taken advantage of. When I was a poor college student, he kept my car limping along, fixing only what was necessary and letting me know precisely how long I could drive until I had to fix X or Y, and now that I'm a fairly well-established adult, he keeps doing the same. Services are never performed without asking me first, and there are never any surprises when I show up to pick up my car at the end of the day.
