My experience at Primarily Japanese is the same as always. I've been going to them for over 10 years and they are always great. I especially like the print out that shows you exactly what is wrong, how much the parts are and how much the labor will be. They don't start work until you know all these facts. And if you can't afford every thing, they help you decide what has to be fixed right away and what can wait. They are always friendly and helpful. They have even offered to give me a ride home when my car had to stay overnight.

I received a friendly reminder to have my car serviced and oil changed. The waiting area is clean, employees friendly and courteous. My car had everything it needed done and nothing it didn't. I always feel certain that Joe and his staff take exceptional care of my car and provide honest, top-notch service. It's worth the trip across town for me.

Yes - Pick-Up Trucks. My truck repair was a great experience with Primarily Japanese. This was not an easy troubleshooting issue. However, they nailed it and my truck is running great. I will return in the future for more auto work. Thank You Primarily Japanese.
