Joe Johnson and his staff always provide excellent customer service. And the most trustworthy guys who deal with cars I have ever met! Good communication and there is an Enterprise right across the street if you need to rent a car. I just wished they washed my car after service like they used to! Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars!

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I used to take my Honda to another service center in town. The other place was good and I like it, however the pricing was about 20-40 percent more expensive than Primarily Japanese. When I move offices closer to downtown I decided to give Primarily Japanese a try. After 3 oil changes and a sizable brake repair job I couldn't be happier.
