At Primarily Japanese I feel like I am interacting with members of my community. It is apparent that the folks there care about their customers' experiences. They really care about taking care of the cars that are so essential to a smoothly running daily life. I trust them and will keep using them for many years!

It is special, but you are going to have to change the email address 'cause I hardly go into this one. The preferred email address is [email protected] Also, Hamish has two "H"s in it one at the beginning and one at the end Car is running well and did okay coming up. Gas broke down to about $3.73 a gal. Gal were about 79 for 1,824 whic comes out to just over 23 gals a mile. Not the greatest by the car was loaded and some speak limits are 80 MPR. Temps still below 50 during the day; raining often, and down to high 30s at night. Not pleasant and might go donw as a record low April since ???? Hamish

I have gone to Primarily Japanese on and off for years. The owner and manager are conscientious and help me prioritize what things need fixing and at what point. The staff is attentive and friendly. My 9 yr old Highlander runs like new after the last repairs and the oil leak I've had for some time is now gone as well as the irritating noise in the back hatch. Prices are reasonable and they stand by their work.
The overall service provided was excellent but it would be very convenient for the customers if Primarily Japanese would also provide a shuttle service like other top Auto Service Centers!
