It's been really convenient getting service with PJ. I love that you all pick up the cars and the online record and receipts is a really wonderful as well. I've had no issues, but I just started getting service with you all, I don't imagine any problems going forward. The only negative is that it's a bit pricey but my car's worth it! Thank you for the response. As for the "pricey" part its because we warranty double the industry standard 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. For that reason we will no use a lower grade part that we feel may not be up to our standards. And the "FREE" pick up and delivery back makes it good for us both. Hope to see you in the future
