Very positive experience. With the holiday weekend coming they ordered parts from two places to be sure they got here by the holiday. Nice work.

Always a nice outing for me. Of course, I would be nice if I did not have to see my name spelled hamishh or is the second'h' to mean hall, which is not necessary as there is, according to google, only one hamish in the united states of america -- which is wrong, 'cause some crazy lady in boise idaho named her child hamish. Needs to speak to a counselor. James

Mispelling of my first name. I have learned when one is unsure of first names sometimes it is best to use the last ---or visa versa:)

Primarily Japanese did a terrific job explaining to me what was going on with my car with truth and honesty. Joe was grat and a pleasure to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured nor like I was being sold unnecessary repairs.

I've no complaints. I'll bring my car in again to be serviced. The team is professional, and doesn't charge for work not done.

However, you need to update your records. I have never owned such a car as you are mentioned in this email. I do own a 2006 Honda SUV EX and you have told me that it is due for a 60,000 mile check up which I will be glad to have done in the near future. Hamish M. Hall Oh, and the Gaelic name for James is spelled Hamish not Hamishh.

Primarily Japanese was very helpful, trustworthy, efficient and courteous. Will take my car there from now on.

I felt like Joe, at Primarily Japanese, was focused on what my auto needed and was prepared to communicate with me about replacing what was needed now and able to tell me what to expect for maintenace in the future. I appreciate the fact that the tire pressure is checked, the tires rotated and the fluid levels filled just as those things would be done at a dealership.

Wonderful customer service. I will be going back.
