Joe with Primarily Japanese was great. He explained everything that needed to be done and things that would need to be address in the future. They had the best price for the work that I had have done, and it was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have work done on their vehicle.

Yiu guys continue to be the veritable bomb! We very much appreciate the honest feedback on what needs to be done now and what can wait till later - gives us a chance to plan and budget. Quality of work is always good, too, and includes a few small "freebies" now and then and great customer service to sweeten the deal. Keep on keepin' on. fellas.

I had a mixed first impression with Primarily Japanese Autocenter. The staffs were friendly, responsible, and honest. I like that they do not urge me to replace or fix something that I dont really need. I also appreciate how they thoroughly documented the problems of my car and what procedures were taken to diagnose and resolve the problems. As a consumer who do not have much knowledge about cars, these documentations are very helpful in explaining what I am paying for. On the other hand, after handling my car the technician forgot to turn some switch back its original setting, which then caused a new problem to my car. They were reasonable when I took the car back: they admitted the omission and fixed it for me free of charge. Again, they documented the problem and how they fixed it. So, despite this encounter was not 100% perfect, they had demonstrated integrity that I am looking for in car shops. I would like to continue coming to Primarily Japanese Autocenter and recommend it to others.

Thank you for the comments and I'm glad we were able to correct he brake light issue after replacing the blower resistor card.

As always, I get perfect car care service and perfect customer service. I never feel pressured into getting unnecessary repairs. I've been taking my Santa Fe there for over 4 years and I like that when I call, whoever answers knows who I am and what my car needs. The garage and lobby are always spotlessly clean, too. Ive recommended PJ to many of my friends. I could not be happier with a car care place!

After several trips to Fletcher's, and several hundred dollars, my oil leak was still not fixed. A teacher-friend recommended P. J. to me, and they squeezed me into their understandably tight schedule, found the problem and fixed it for under $200.00! They were extremely courteous, they listened, and provided friendly transportation to and from my house. Joe and Rick are quality professionals and have earned themselves a new, loyal customer.
