Primarily Japanese did a terrific job explaining to me what was going on with my car with truth and honesty. Joe was grat and a pleasure to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured nor like I was being sold unnecessary repairs.

I've no complaints. I'll bring my car in again to be serviced. The team is professional, and doesn't charge for work not done.

However, you need to update your records. I have never owned such a car as you are mentioned in this email. I do own a 2006 Honda SUV EX and you have told me that it is due for a 60,000 mile check up which I will be glad to have done in the near future. Hamish M. I felt like Joe, at Primarily Japanese, was focused on what my auto needed and was prepared to communicate with me about replacing what was needed now and able to tell me what to expect for maintenace in the future. I appreciate the fact that the tire pressure is checked, the tires rotated and the fluid levels filled just as those things would be done at a dealership.

Absolutely first rate. Your facility is very clean (always a good sign of a great shop). Checkin was efficient, friendly and accurate. Work was done exactly as I had expected. One problem was solved due to the mechanic's own innovation and saved me a TON. You have a customer for life, Primarily Japanese!
