Was just looking for a quote but received a passive aggressive and condescending referral to another shop on the other side of town instead of a simple "no."

Ryan, I am terribly sorry to hear that we were not able to fulfill your quote request over the phone. There are specific vehicles and repairs that we always refer to specialized shops that have equipment for certain kinds of work. Either way, it sounds like we dropped the ball on how we communicated this to you and would welcome another opportunity to speak with you. Exceptional as always. These guys make getting a car repaired a breeze. Friendly, convenient communication, and they do great work. Repair quote was texted and emailed to me so I could review the repairs and approve them from my phone, then received a text when my car was finished. Best part, car came back cleaner than it was when I took it in. Highly recommend!

This is the very best shop in town, Hands down! The owner actually came to my home to pick up and drop off my vehicle. We've used primarily Japanese auto for years and are always treated so well. An honest and fantastic mechanic is just hard to find!

They have exceptional customer service and their use of email and text communication is appreciated as I could see exactly what they were proposing for my car, how much it would cost and it gave me the opportunity to accept or refuse that service.
