My car broke down on New Year's Eve! I had it towed to Primarily Japanese Autocenter, and I had a great experience. They gave me a ride home, they diagnosed the problem and gave me an accurate ballpark figure, ordered the part, and had me on my way in no time. They guarantee their work for 2 years. Excellent value for the money.

Good service, fair prices

I marked only four stars, not because you fell short, but on my part, the extra expense (though the part was needed and the decision made the right one), it put a pinch on my purse. Plan to sell enough paintings tomorrow to make up for it. So that's a good thing. Happy Holidays, Alice Dance

I wanted a second opinion after the dealership told me I needed $3000 worth of repairs. Primarily Japanese Autocenter provided me with a thorough report of the testing they conducted and told me they could not find anything wrong with my car. The lead mechanic informed he would not hesitate to drive my car across the country without any concern. I was also given a courtesy ride to and from work and the junior staff member was polite and friendly. I have already recommended this business to my friends and colleagues.

I am so impressed with how clean everything in the garage is. To me that is an indication of a well run business. I know nothing about repairing autos but I am VERY satified with this business's work.

Iappreicate knowing that my car will continue to operate as it should as I continue to drive my Toyota Avalon close to 150,000 miles with full intentions to turn the odometer past 200,000. Thanks for the attention to detail and the little extras.
