If they find nothing wrong they don't charge you a penny, not even for checking! Rare but true. As an ancient retired lady I love their generous valet service, for which they stubbornly refuse payment. Their patience when being pestered is admirable. Joe, Rick and Cruz are delightful to deal with, and whoever keeps my 1993 Mitsubishi in top shape also deserves more than five stars for competence. Overall I gave a 9, because 9 is my lucky number.
