Left my car; they took me to work. Completed the 75K check-up and a battery issue. Picked me up at 4:15 from work and was done by 4:35 pm. The usual good service offered in a courteous and professional manner.Thanks, Rick and Joe.

Rather than charge me the "standard" hours, they charged me for hours worked, which was less. Since my work was a lot of money, I appreciate them saving me more than one hundred dollars. They always provide quality work.

6-18-14 -- Primarily Japanese is the Amazon of auto centers. Their customer service really means the BEST customer service. If they find nothing wrong they don't charge you a penny, not even for checking! Rare but true. As an ancient retired lady I love their generous valet service, for which they stubbornly refuse payment. Their patience when being pestered is admirable. Joe, Rick and Cruz are delightful to deal with, and whoever keeps my 1993 Mitsubishi in top shape also deserves more than five stars for competence. Overall I gave a 9, because 9 is my lucky number. Long live Primarily Japanese. Best wishes from Molly.
