I needed an oil change for my Nissan Rogue, and not only did they get me in before the weekend, but the service was outstanding. It wasn't just an oil change--they checked my tyre pressure, fluids and offered to replace my air filter. I am so happy that I have found an excellent mechanic for my new car. From the moment I arrived, I felt valued and the speed of the service was impressive.

I had a Nissan Pathfinder that wouldn't start, and after about a week of misdiagnosis and ordered parts I got the car back running great. They charged me nothing for the diagnosis and labor due to their error and I only walked out with a small towing fee charge. They were incredibly nice and honest about the whole process and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. I talked to John most of the time and he was just fantastic.

Brought my car in for an oil change, paid double what I usually do at other independent shops tacked on an inspection they didn't tell me about before hand, tried to upsell me on air/cabin filters, wiper blades. Wrote a 3 star on their website and washed my hands of it, but they called me and tried to make it seem like I didn't understand everything they did and didn't offer me a refund of half. I take my car to dedicated shops not rapid oil change places and get full synthetic. There's no excuse to pad your bill with increased labor hours and parts charges.

Everyone is very nice and friendly there. Plus, they know their stuff. The owner walked me through everything that was wrong and what they fixed so I could understand. And their shop is very clean!

An extremely professional and knowledgeable shop. I know I can trust them to keep my aging Toyota running strong.

As always I feel so very comfortable bringing my car to Primarily Japanese. The work is always done so well.

Primarily Japanese is serious about doing repairs right, keeping the customer informed, and not doing unnecessary work to pump up the bill. I was quoted $1050 for some scheduled maintenance on my 2011 Subaru Outback. There was an item that did not need replacement so the final bill was $100 less. They also referred me to Subaru regarding an emergency brake issue that may be on recall or on a bulletin. The repair can be expensive and Bryan thought that I should contact Subaru first! First time with this shop but definitely not the last. Thanks Bryan!!
