Joe - Thank you so much for taking care of my below concern carefully and with humble nature. You were so responsible during the call with me to answer my concerns and ready to fix it. Now I got why Primarily Japanese is got so much value among other customers. You were very kind enough to address the concern without making any disturbance to my other schedules. Much appreciated. And as always I would highly recommend Primarily Japanese to my friends as there is a guarantee of taking care of our concerns. ***My old comment *** Don't book an appointment on their website. It is not reliable. You need to follow traditional way of calling them on their phone and book an appointment. Again this is nowhere mentioned. I booked an appointment on their website and I got an email saying someone will call and confirm. No one called me until my first appointment date I selected. I called them to check on the same, the person spoke to me was not ready to answer why my appointment did not get confirm. All he was saying to book next available appointment while I am on phone and that too after a week. Bad response. I would not expect this kind of response from Primarily Japanese. I am an existing customer and did couple of services already with them. But this time I felt it is bad response by the person on the phone.

Ravi, you are correct that your experience is not what you should expect from Primarily Japanese. We apologize for both the inconvenience and the poor customer service you received. We greatly appreciate the feedback and are working to avoid this from happening going forward. We depend on our online appointment system to work flawlessly but that isn't always the case and I am sorry that we were not able to accommodate you at your preferred time. We hope that our history together will give you confidence that this was an out of character occurrence for us. We will give you a call and work with you to make it right!
